Complaint cell has been introduced
by the Public Relation Department in application form
is issued in the prescribed proforma and such application
are sent to Computer Department every day and the Computer
department send the details of the Complaints to the
concerned department. The departments submit weekly
report to this department and the Commissioner convenes
a meeting every fortnight to verify the status of disposal
and pendancy of the complaints. The department is required
to respond regarding the disposal of the complaint to
the citizens within 8 days. Thus a transperant arrangement
has been made for disposal of the issues of the citizens. |
