Approval for new and addition alteration
of construction. |

applications submitted for occupancy certificate

to Architect Engineer, Surveyor, Structural

| (6) |
Work of renewing construction permission. |
| (7) |
Work of issuing approved plan, copy
of permission letter, part plan, zoning
certificate. |
| (8) |
Work of disposing objection application. |
| (9) |
Work of preventing construction without
permission. |

| |
| (1) The following forms and
supporting documents are to be submitted alongwith application
for new construction and construction for addition alteration. |

| (1) |
Form No. 1 prescribed form for
application. |
| (2) |
Form No. 2 (A) prescribed form to be filled
in by the engineer making plan. |
| (3) |
Form No. 1(B) prescribed form to be filled in by the work supervisor. |
| (4) |
Form No. 2(C) to be filled in by the work supervisor. |
| (5) |
Six copies of plan (with signature and seal of
the landlord and Engineer). |
| (6) |
Work of renewing construction permission. |
| (7) |
NOC for having paid development charge of BADA.
|
| (8) |
Certified documents regarding ownership of
land (Deed, City Survey Sanad, Property Card –
Statement of right, lease receipt.
|
| (9) |
Supporting documents for approval of final
plot (city survey sanad/copy of plot book/municipal
sketch, copy of division plan or layout plan). |
| (10) |
Copy of building plan sanctioned earlier, permission
letter and occupancy certificate(alongwith application
for addition alteration construction and division
plan, amalgamation plan) |
| (11) |
Supporting documents of ULC permission. |
| (12) |
Copy of receipt for having paid verification
fee. |
| (13) |
Copy of receipts for having paid all municipal
taxes. |

| Note : The applicant
will have to submit stagewise progress report in prescribed
Form No. 3 (A,B,C,D) when the construction is in progress
after grant of permission of construction. |

Miscellaneous Repairing : |
As per resolution of the Board, no approval is to be obtained for the construction falling within the definition of Miscellaneous repairing. |

| (3) All details as above except Sr. No. 3 and 4 for Lay-out plan, division plan and amalgamation plan. |
| |
| (4) For obtaining Occupancy Certificate : |
| |
(1) Prescribed application Form – Form No. 4. |
| |
(2) Certificate of completion issued by Engineer [Work Supervisor] in Form No. 5. |
| |
(3) Two Xerox copies of Plan and Permission Letter. |
| |
(4) Original Copy of the approved plan is returned alongwith N.O.C. |
| |
(5) Certificate of payment of rent of goods issued by Estate Department. |
| |
(6) Separate file for assessment [Copy of plan and permission letter]. |

| (5) For renewal of permission
for construction : |
| |
(1) Application prepared on plain paper. |
| |
(2) Copy of plan approved earlier and permission letter. |
| |
(3) Renewal Fee of Rs.150/- will have to be paid. |
| |
(4) The application for renewal of permission letter will have to be submitted before expiry of current permission letter. |
