The Water bills are issued by the tax collection department, which must be paid by the citizens regularly considering the institution as their own.

The complaints of citizens regarding Water Department viz. 1) Mistake in Name in Computer System. 2) Duplication, 3) Demand for disconnecting the connection, 4) Demand for canceling of charge

Any of the above 4 types of complaints will have to be made in prescribed form after making payment of the last dues.

The report of the inspector or sub-inspector regarding the physical position is obtained in respect of the demand submitted in the file. If the submission of the citizen is correct, the decision is made.
